About us
Profit First Professionals is an exclusive global membership organisation of business and financial professionals who are certified in the Profit First methodology to help their clients build highly profitable businesses. PFPANZ is the training, membership and networking hub for Profit First Professionals from Australia and New Zealand.
A Profit First Professional is known as a strategic, trusted advisor and an integral part of their client’s business success. As a member you will leverage the most recognised profit brand and methodology in the world.
Where it began
Profit First Professionals was created in 2014 to help accounting, bookkeeping, and business coaching firms escape the compliance trap and start making more of a difference for their clients. Using the principles documented in the book, Profit First, co-founders Mike Michalowicz and Ron Saharyan created a one-of-a-kind membership organisation to train business and finance professionals in the Profit First Method and its application across many business structures and industries. Profit First Professionals members soon became highly sought after providers of strategic financial, operational, and personal guidance for business owners around the world.
What we do
As a company we:
- provide Profit First resources and information to business owners
- train business and finance professionals in the application of Profit First across all industries
- showcase all trained PFPs for business owners to access their knowledge
- connect business owners with trained Profit First Professionals
- provide a community space for national and global PFPs to network and support each other
- host Profit First training workshops and events

Our Guides
The role of our guides is to provide our Profit First Professionals with technical and business support to assist our members to grow their Profit First businesses. The guides lead weekly membership events, work 1:1 with members and provide email support for member questions.
Whether a member has a question about how best to implement Profit First for their clients, or is stuck on how to offer the best support? All they need to do is ask, and our guides are here to lend a helping hand.
IESHA DELUNE
GUIDE
Iesha is a Profit First guide and wholistic life and business coach. The foundation of her work is that a person’s authentic uniqueness holds the key to their happiness and sustainable success. Iesha brings wholistic coaching and Profit First together, to support life-long, positive transformation in life and business.
NAJMA KHAN
GUIDE
Najma is a Profit First guide and our technical expert. She is a qualified Bookkeeper, Mastery member and one of the first Australians to become a PFP. She supports our members with any technical questions about implementing profit first in their own business or supporting their clients with profit first.
MICHELLE TOLHURST
MEMBERSHIP SUPPORT
Michelle Tolhurst is a member of the Profit First team and a virtual marketing assistant. She works with the Profit First Professionals in a coaching capacity to assist them with their marketing communications.
