Profit Con is our annual members-only conference held in person for our Profit First Professional community.

We strive to provide a fun atmosphere, an environment to learn, quality speakers and a great networking opportunity, where our members can get to know each other a bit more.

Attending the Profit First Conference just one week after joining the community turned out to be one of the best decisions of my year.

In just two days, I gained practical insights, powerful strategies, and meaningful connections all wrapped in an atmosphere of fun, learning, and genuine support. From exploring The Rocks in Sydney and enjoying ice cream like a kid again, to diving deep into marketing and business growth strategies, every moment added value.

Meeting Mike Michalowicz was truly the highlight such an authentic, inspiring leader who radiates passion for helping businesses thrive.

ProfitCon is the perfect opportunity to connect with the wonderful family of Profit First Professionals. We learn, laugh, have fun and enjoy the company of each other, who we usually only see online. The guest speakers are always what we need to hear.

Your conference ticket will include:

  • Attendance at the three-day, half-day conference on Wednesday 21st, Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd October 2026
  • Attendance at the Casual Meet Up
  • Attendance at the Conference Dinner, including dinner and drinks.
  • This event will be offered in person only.

We have decided to move to a half-day format, to allow time for relaxation and optional activities.

Agenda

Wednesday – start at 12 noon for lunch, then a half-day afternoon session, followed by a casual meet-up.

Thursday – start at 9 am for a full day session, including an activity in the afternoon, followed by the awards dinner in the night

Friday – start at 9 am for a half-day session, including lunch and finishing by 1 pm.

This format allows attendees to arrive on Wednesday morning and depart on Friday afternoon if they wish.

All event purchases are final, and no refunds are available.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another member. Any associated payment is between the two members. Please advise Profit First Australia and New Zealand in writing that you wish to transfer your ticket.

You must be a current member at the time of the event to attend ProfitCon.

The mastery rate is only applicable if you are a current mastery member on the conference date.

Attending ProfitCon AU/NZ is always an invaluable experience. I’ve always believed in the power of this system, but seeing the community come together at this event reinforced just how impactful it truly is. Love – Personally when Mike is around I like to hear his stories of what he has done.  How he has implemented processes.  The roles and tasks of his staff.  He is someone further ahead in business than me so I like to know what is working well so I can plan ahead.

Learn – the big lesson from Mike’s visit was to hire a VA to buy back our time.  Discussing what you can actually give a VA to do was very helpful.   I started implementing the VA, but the person I hired found a full-time client before her first day with me.  I now have a growing list of tasks for my VA as I get used to the idea that I can delegate some of my work and I have a bank account for the VA that I have started putting funds aside for the VA.

Thoughts on Mastermind Day with Mike
The kick up the pants “if you don’t have a PA, you are the PA”, resulted in me getting one, and working together to take things off my plate. The conversations in the room were open, genuine, and fun. We were discussing the best and the worst things in our lives.  What do we need to put in place so that we don’t get back to that place, and can stop others from falling to that low place?
