What made you decide to become a profit first professional?
Read the book and feel in love with the system, relatively simple and easy system to implement with clients and see a better cash flow system. Not just bookkeeping but working with clients growing and helping them on the state of their business.
What is one of the biggest challenges people face with Profit First?
We find most people feel their finances are out of control, their P&L says awesome profit but there is nothing in the bank – where did it go? Our roles is to educate them, demonstrate that their is a light at end of tunnel, give them the tools to grow and get back on track.
What has been the biggest change in your own business since Profit First?
There has been a huge mindshift, I know treat my business as a business, I pay myself regularlly and I have a profit at the end of each quarter. Profit First has given me confidence, a sustainable cashflow and the ability to grow.
