Description
The Advisory Accelerator is a 6 month program where you can get our 1:1 guidance with:
- 1:1 Profit First implementation in your business
- Setting up your business to transition into advisory services
- Improving cash flow and profitability of your business
- Fast-track your Profit First Professional Certification (if applicable)
The Advisory Accelerator program includes:
- A Profit First Assessment of your business
- 1:1 support – Set goals and an action plan to move from day-to-day to advisory
- 1:1 support – Implement Profit First in your own business
- 1:1 Weekly Strategy & Support calls for the first month (30 mins each)
- 1:1 Fortnightly Strategy & Support Calls in months 2 & 3 (30 mins each)
- 1:1 Monthly Strategy & Support Calls for the rest of the program (30 mins each)
- Monthly Group Training Calls in the second half of the program (60 min each)
- All group sessions recorded for easy access any-time
- Profit First resources to assist with self-implementation
Enrolment
This program is limited to 12 people per intake.
Intakes happen every 3 months.
